Product Description Now presenting-the retro newly designed Dual Action 2-in-1 Video Game System that is compatible with both 16-bit graphics Sega Genesis game cartridges and 8-bit graphics NES game cartridges. The Dual Action 2-in-1 Video Game System has separate circuitry and card slots for both 16-bit Sega Genesis and 8-bit NES System, allowing it to play games for both consoles. It features a single-pole, double-throw power switch with open position; the switch can be thrown to 8-Bit (NES) or 16-Bit (GENESIS), or opened to Off.
The Dual Action 2-in-1 Video Game System connects through an RCA connector, and can be hooked into a surround sound system. When using stereo and surround output from these systems, NES sounds and music may seem very different from their typical mono output. Using output modes that properly generate mono sound, either through a single center speaker or cloned to multiple speakers, the sound output sounds mostly identical to the original NES. Now you can enjoy both the NES and the Genesis retro games without looking to replace both of your broken gaming systems.

get original consoles September 1, 2010 josh "the cobra" Hi gamers ive seen these 2 in 1s or 3 in 1s game systems that enables you to play the nes, snes, and the sega genesis games however there is a lot of flaws to these consoles first off they are not developed or have any endorsement from nintendo or sega, thats why some of the games such as castlevania 3, and super mario rpg can't be played on these consoles, second the controls are scrambled because the nintendo consoles usually have b and a but the sega consoles go the other way so this can be confusing figuring out the controls for you favorite games, and finally the last flaw these consoles break easy just read the other customer reviews and the ratings its really bad im sorry but if your looking for consoles to play these games stick to the original nes or top loader nes, the super nes, and any of the 3 model genesis instead of this piece of junk.
Plays the games until your controllers break July 11, 2010 madgamer Both controllers for this system failed (D Pad broke off in unfixable manner) in less than a year and I cannot purchase new ones online either from amazon or hyperkin. This system works to play sega games and the controller looks like a sega genesis controller but a sega genesis controller cannot fit in the system's controller port. Im going back to my policy of not buying 3rd party crap for my video gaming enjoyment.
Sega Genesis console 2 for the price of one! May 9, 2010 Christopher Orlando (North Centereach, NY United States) You are essentially getting 2 game systems for the price of one...Sega Genesis and NES. There are some great games out for these systems. Time to step back in time and enjoy video games they way they were...fun and uncomplicated! I recommend getting RoboCop 3 for Sega Genesis and let the fun begin!
2 in 1 Game system for Sega Genesis and NES February 10, 2010 Jonathan Burmeister 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Only half the games work on this system, I suppose you can't ask for more from a $30 machine. I don't reccommend anyone buy this unless you plan on only playing a few games. Also, the controllers are cheap and have very short cords.
Can't use your own controllers! June 26, 2009 Rick 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Game console forces you to use the supplied controllers, which means you can NOT play certain games such as Duck Hunt. You can't connect the Light Zapper. This would be better if you could use your own controllers, but you can't!
